We naturally master the mechanics of enterprise agile transformations, but as usual with all changes, transformations are always predominantly about leading people to transform things themselves - change cannot be externalized. This is what we focus on.

We are Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certified, experienced Practice Consultants (SAFe SPC) and can work as a transformation coach and as Release Train Engineer (RTE - scrum master for team of teams).

Agile is really not about agile teams or agile development – it is really about corporate wide culture of

Aiming to deliver value incrementally, together.

Pursuing to get the feedback continuously.

Working closely with/for ”customer voice”, at all levels.

Basing the delivery promises on true sustainable velocity.

Communicating regularly and always if possible thru demonstrations.

Thinking system value delivery – not sub-optimising, at any level.

Improving ways of working and flow of work continuously.

… and yes also (sometimes) agile is teams with ”T-shaped individuals all capable of maximising team’s value delivery flow and working thru Lean Agile values” but quite often it is not this due to eg application area.
